FACILITIES
We have great facilities at Copenhagen Air Experience. Our wind tunnel has a large spectator area with a clear view to those who fly, so that family and friends can share the experience from start to finish.
Check-in, briefing, and changing into your flight gear takes place in our main building. Here you’ll also find the bathrooms and our Visitor’s Lounge where we have free wireless internet at your disposal. At the front desk you can buy various merchandise as well as coffee/tea, cold drinks and snacks.
We also have a large car park with free parking.
Teambuilding facilities
We have a large conference room for up to 30 people. Rent it for team building events, sales meetings, project launches and other professional presentations.
The conference room is equipped with a large TV screen and AV facilities, and can be rented on an hourly basis.
We have great experiences with all types of events, and we can put together a solution tailored to your wishes and needs.
WE ORGANIZE CATERING
If you are a group of people going flying, we can arrange sandwiches, salads and drinks to be ready before or after your flight.
We can also arrange a birthday cake or other special needs.
