Terms and conditions for purchasing flight time and gift cards at Copenhagen Air Experience A/S, Galgebakkevej 3, 2630 Taastrup, cvr no. 29820708.

Booking and purchase of flight time and gift cards can be done at www.airexperience.dk/en, you can also buy flight time and gift cards by personally contacting the reception within normal opening hours. For opening hours, please visit our website www.airexperience.dk/en .

When you your book flight time you must use your name, your e-mail address and telephone number in case we need to contact you regarding your booking. It is also possible to book flight time on behalf of others. When you make a booking or place an order in our Webshop, our system automatically sends an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided by you immediately after the payment has been completed.

If you have not received an order confirmation by e-mail, it may be because you have entered the wrong e-mail address or because it was blocked by the spam filter in your e-mail system. If you have not received anything within 1 hour of placing the order or if you have somehow lost the order confirmation, you have the following options:

• Contact Copenhagen Air Experience at info@airexperience.dk or call +45 43 99 91 91 and let us know the time and date of your order, your name and e-mail address and we will send you a new electronic confirmation.

Should you wish to change your booking, you must contact us by phone no later than 72 hours before your reserved flight time at +45 43 99 91 91. If you do not show up at the time of your reservation, the booking is lost and will not be refunded.

If Copenhagen Air Experience have to cancel your booked flight time due to force majeure, the amount will not be refunded, but will be rescheduled to another day.


Customers who are or appear under the influence of either alcohol or narcotics, will be denied access to all activities with reference to the company’s alcohol policy. In this case no refund of lost flight time will be provided. Furthermore, customers who do not comply with the company’s alcohol policy will be expelled from the company’s premises.


Copenhagen Air Experience A/S offers a range of flight packages as well as event packages. The flight packages: Taste of flight, corresponding to 2 flights of 1 minute, Learn to fly, corresponding to 2 flights of 2 minutes; Flying high, equivalent to 3 flights of 2 minutes – all apply to one person only.

The group packages: Family, corresponding to a maximum of 5 flights of 2 minutes. (dividable between max 4 people), as well as all Event packages can be shared between several people. It is clearly written when booking the package whether it can be shared or not.

The price includes:

Credit card payments are subject to a fee if the card is issued outside the EU/EEA or if they are business related. The fee amount will be displayed in the payment window prior to the payment transaction. Fee rates follow NETS rates. Contact your card issuer if you are in doubt whether you have a credit or debit card.

The following cards are valid as means of payment:

• VISA Dankort


• MasterCard

• Mobile Pay

You choose the payment method when you place your order. All prices are stated including taxes, duties and VAT.

When you make online payments with a debit card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option to decline a payment when you receive your billing statement. All payments are made through secure payment windows which are encrypted.


Gift cards can be purchased through the website.

A gift card is valid for 2 years starting from the day it is purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost gift certificates will not be refunded.

A gift card can only be used once and only with the flight package the gift card was purchased for.

There is no right of withdrawal on gift cards.

We also refer to www.forbrug.dk, which is the Danish Consumer Agency’s website on online shopping. Here you can find information regarding your right of withdrawal and legal rights in relation to online shopping.


There is no right of withdrawal for the purchased flight time.

There is no right of withdrawal on gift cards.

However, it is possible, free of charge, to change your booking or transfer your booking to another person by contacting us at +45 43 99 91 91 no later than 72 hours before the scheduled flight time within our normal opening hours. Changes can only be made 1 time.

If the booking is transferred to another person, this person must sign our “acceptance of risk and disclaimer” before the flight. If the person refuses to sign this agreement, Copenhagen Air Experience A/S reserves the right to reject the person without compensation.

If you do not show up on the day of your booking at the agreed time, your booking will be cancelled without compensation.

If you arrive later than the agreed time in your booking confirmation, Copenhagen Air Experience A/S reserves the right to reject the booking without compensation. Copenhagen Air Experience A/S will, however, try to find time to execute your booked flight time, if this does not delay the subsequent customers, but no guarantee is given for this.

If Copenhagen Air Experience A/S have to cancel your booking due to technical problems (force majeure), the customer will be contacted in order to reschedule the booked flight time. Should this not be possible, the customer will receive compensation for the amount paid at the time of booking.


Any changes or cancellations regarding event packages must be done no later than 14 days prior to the event date. If the event is less than 14 days away, it is not possible to make any changes or cancellation.
