Who can fly?
Everyone from 7 years and up can fly – as long as you’re able to understand and follow instructions. If you are under the age of 18, you need your parents/guardians to sign our Waiver of Liability.

If you have any doubts, please contact us before booking. At any given time, it’s the flight instructor who has full authority to decide who can and cannot fly – safety always comes first!
Er du i tvivl, så kontakt os inden du booker. Det er til enhver tid instruktøren på dagen, der beslutter om du må flyve eller ej – for os kommer sikkerheden altid først!
Can physically-challenged fly?
Flying is almost always possible! If you have any physical disabilities, please inform us at the point of booking, so we can ensure that we allocate the necessary time for you and book the most suitable package. We request that you book your flight on a weekday, so we are able to provide you extra care and attention if needed.
Although we cannot guarantee it, flying with a disability is almost always possible, and we will do our very best to get you airborne.
What is the duration of the experience?
We begin a new session every hour. If the session is fully booked, the experience will last for about 1½ hours. Expect 30 minutes for registration, instructions, gear-up and warm up.
For groups of more than 10 people, the experience will take 1 hour in addition to your pre-booked flight time.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked flight time.
Upon arrival you need to check in at the front desk and register before your flight. Therefore, it’s important to be here on time. Latecomers will lose their flight time without compensation.
Can we get the wind tunnel all to ourselves?
It depends on the size of your group, time of booking and type of flight package.
In general, your session will include other flyers. If you wish to have the place to yourself, please take a look at our VIP exclusive packages or contact us for further information on info@airexperience.dk.
What is the maximum capacity of flyers in the wind tunnel at the same time?
As a first-time flyer, you will be flying in the tunnel with your instructor. Advanced flyers can be up to four people in the tunnel at the same time. The instructor always decides sovereignly who and how many. We take no chances with your safety.
Can you fly in bad weather?
Yes, without any problems.
Our wind tunnel is designed for all types of weather.
Indoor Skydiving vs. skydiving – what is the difference?
With Indoor Skydiving, you feel the same rush as you would experience from a free fall of 4 km. The air resistance and the way you have to control your body is the same, but with Indoor Skydiving you don’t have to board an airplane with a parachute on your back. You fly inside a closed air chamber to a maximum height of 10 meters and always with an instructor by your side.
Indoor Skydiving is more accessible and significantly cheaper than a real skydive, and therefore many professionals use the wind tunnel for training.
Is it difficult to learn how to fly?
Most people learn to fly and control their body in the airflow within the first two minutes, but it depends on the person flying.
Your instructor will adjust the wind power based on your size, weight and experience. For every minute you will gain more control of your movements and steering inside the air chamber. Just relax, follow the instructor’s directions and enjoy your flight.
Is Indoor Skydiving a sport I can practice?
Coaching
Indoor Skydiving is an internationally recognised sport, so if you are interested, please ask your instructor about coaching or our Kids & Teen Club, which is designed to take you step by step through the basic flying techniques.
Our experienced instructors will teach you how to gain control over your movements, so you can keep a steady body position in the airflow and learn how to steer your body in different directions. Later on, you will be introduced to other flying tricks.
Become a PRO-flyer
Once you have learned all the different flying techniques and gained a certain amount of experience in the tunnel, you can call yourself PRO-Flyer. As a PRO-flyer you have the opportunity to buy flight time at a different rate.
